Born in Verona, Italy in 1989, Claudio Perlini is a serial tech entrepreneur and CEO of Confluidity Ltd, building AI-driven solutions that help insurers reduce fraud, waste, and abuse in medical claims.

Over the last decade, he has built and scaled technology ventures across Europe and Asia, with experience spanning consumer technology and enterprise SaaS, working with leading investors.

Claudio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Literature and Philosophy from the University of Florence.

At IBAI, he brings innovation and technology leadership to help Italian excellence compete in the global age of data and communication, supporting entrepreneurs and executives pursuing concrete opportunities in Indonesia.
