Antonio Mazza is the Co-Founder of WeNetwork, a Southeast Asia–based recruitment and talent advisory firm with offices across Indonesia, Singapore, Australia, Japan, Vietnam, Malaysia and Thailand. With over 13 years of experience in B2B industries and more than a decade living and working in Southeast Asia, Antonio has built a strong reputation for connecting businesses with high-impact leadership and specialist talent across multiple sectors.

Before founding WeNetwork, Antonio gained valuable institutional and international exposure through his work with the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Singapore, where he actively supported Italian companies in their regional expansion. This experience strengthened his long-standing commitment to fostering economic and business collaboration between Italy and Southeast Asia.

As Vice Chairman of the Italian Business Association in Indonesia, Antonio is passionate about supporting the Italian business community, promoting bilateral trade and investment opportunities, and strengthening relationships between Italian entrepreneurs, corporates, and local Indonesian stakeholders. His entrepreneurial mindset, regional perspective, and strong local network position him as an active contributor to IBAI’s mission of building a dynamic and collaborative Italian business ecosystem in Indonesia.
