Born in Palermo, Italy on October 27th, 1967. Mr. Marco La Diega has been serving as Managing Director of PT Piaggio Indonesia since 2013.

Mr. Marco Noto La Diega received his M.B.A in USA in 1997, in Finance & Organizational Strategy, from Simon Graduate Business School, University of Rochester, holding a Fulbright scholarship. He holds a Doctorate in Management Engineering from University of Palermo, Italy, and M.Sc. in Management Engineering with magna cum laude from same University.

Mr. Marco Noto La Diega has over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry and extensive international exposure gained across USA, UK, France, Japan, and China.

Prior to joining Piaggio, he has held senior roles with Valeo Group, automotive part maker multinational, where he has built his career across multiple countries and functions, with an ultimate responsibility for managing the business development in the Asia Pacific Region. He initiated his international career in London, in Investment Banking Industry.



alberto simeoneALBERTO SIMEONE

Born in Rome, Italy on July 10th 1973. After obtaining a degree in International Law, Mr Alberto Simeone began his career, covering several positions in Strategic Marketing and Sales of consumer goods companies in Italy. In 2007 he moved to Indonesia, to develop the shipping and raw/materials & biomass trade of the Italian multinational, Coeclerici, which soon became the Indonesian market leader in transshipment of raw materials out of the country. As an entrepreneur have started a number of business ventures in Indonesia in the sectors consumer goods, fashion and hospitality.

Since 2017, he founded with two partners, Far East Bridge Solutions, a consulting firm that helps Western companies doing business in Asia.





agusto paulo scaglioneAUGUSTO PAOLO SCAGLIONE

Born in Milan, Italy in October 1960. Mr. Augusto Paolo Scaglione, after his studies in Italy and England, joined Intesa Sanpaolo Group (formerly Banco Ambrosiano) in early 80’s, working in Milan, Los Angeles, New York, Hong Kong, Toronto, Bangkok and at the present in Jakarta.

In Intesa Sanpaolo Indonesian Representative Office in Jakarta, Mr. Augusto Paolo Scaglione is in charge of the Italian business development assisting our Italian Bank clients based in Italy and their branches and or subsidiaries based in Indonesia and in other neighboring Countries for their banking needs.

Mr. Augusto Paolo Scaglione has longer experience in supporting Italian customers of Intesa Sanpaolo Group in developing and consolidating trade activities, commercial and industrial investments and M&A abroad.

Mr. Augusto Paolo Scaglione, besides been Chairman of the Hong Kong Foreign Banks Association from 1992 to 2000, he had different experiences as founder and member of the Board of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, L’altra Italia Association for Arts and Culture in Toronto, Canada and member of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Thailand.



filippo d antoniFILIPPO D'ANTONI

Born in Roma, Italy on June 12th 1965. Mr. Filippo D’Antoni is the Chief of Ansaldo Energia Branch in Indonesia.

He started his carrier in the 1999 as Asia Area Manager for a Finmeccanica company (Alenia Difesa) and from that moment, working for different companies within the Finmeccanica group, he always followed as priority the Asia Market.

Mr. Filippo D’Antoni worked from 2004 to 2008 as International Sales Director of Telespazio (Finmeccanica company) and from 2008 to 2012 as Commercial Director of Whitehead Alenia Sistemi Subacquei (WASS, Finmeccanica Cocompany)

Acting as area manager before and commercial director after, Mr. Filippo D’Antoni close contracts in several Asia countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, India, Thailand, Australia and last but not least Indonesia.

In 2012, on a direct call of the Ansaldo Energia CEO he has been enrolled to support the Company in initiatives focuses on Asia market penetration and large acquisitions. As Chief of Ansaldo Energia Branch in Indonesia, he restarted the marketing activities in the country in 2014 allowing to his company to became, in a short time, one of the major player in the power generation business in Indonesia.



giuseppe fardellaGIUSEPPE FARDELLA

Born in Italy on November 3rd, 1952. Mr. Giuseppe Fardella occupies the position of Indonesia Chief Representative of AIA Inc. (Allied Industry Assistance) operating in the field of Engineering & Supply of various Italian construction technologies.

Graduate at State University of Milano, Italy, in Medicine and Surgery (Medical Doctor), He started his career as Area Manager at Associated Industrial Advisor (Supplier of Machinery in the field of mining and construction), based in Milano, Italy but covering South East Asian Countries.

Mr. Giuseppe Fardella used to work in Indonesia on 1983, engaged in a local company, PT Bisofar Peta, an engineering company as Commercial and Technical Adviser. By the end of 1987, he moved to Africa (Freetown - Sierra Leone) as UNICEF - United Nations Advisor to the Country Representative assisting the Ministry of Health in the establishment of nationwide medical and sanitation programs & activities (with administrative,  budgetary responsibilities as well as technical and information exchange).

Returned to Indonesia in 1990 as Resident Representative of Associated Industrial Advisors (Milan – Italy) active in the supply of technologies and machinery for infrastructural, mining and construction business.

Engaged for over a decade in various commercial and technical activities, established a Foreign Investment JV Company (PT Megapasific Indocast – Construction Precast Company) and appointed as Executive Director and Member of the Board of related Companies.

Born in Valdagno, Italy on April 10th 1958. Mr. Roberto Lorato is CEO of Medco Energi International Tbk since November 2015.

Over a period of over 30 years, Mr. Roberto Lorato has gained extensive experience in the international O&G industry through a variety of roles - from project economics to business development to general management - in Italy, West Africa, Russia, Central Asia, the UK and SE Asia. As President of Premier Oil Indonesia in 2010 - 2015, Managing Director of Eni Indonesia in 2006 - 2009, President & CEO of VICO in 2003 - 2006 and Managing Director of Agip, UK in 2001 - 2002, he has successfully managed the reorganization of large and complex activities. Since 2006, Mr. Roberto Lorato has also been an active member of the IPA Board of Directors and was elected President of the Association for the years 2008 and 2009.

Mr. Roberto Lorato received a Master from London Business School, a degree in Energy Economics from Scuola Superiore Enrico Mattei and a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Padua, Italy.

Born in Napoli, Italy on June 20th 1961. Mr. Alessandro Martirani has over 20 years’ experience in finance, accounting and internal controls. 

Prior joining Generali Indonesia he spent thirteen years of his professional life in the tobacco industry, covering various positions of increasing responsibility both in the Asia Region Headquarters in Hong Kong as well as in various Asian Countries such as Vietnam and Thailand. Mr. Alessandro Martirani is a qualified accountant.

Born in Indonesia on February 8th 1977. Ms. Mulyaningsih Prawirowiryono (Lia) currently assisting IBAI secretariat activities and she is occupying the position of Indonesia Chief Representative of Dirmon DPK Ltd (Holding Company) from UK.
Having more than 7 years’ experience managing international business chamber and also managing several businesses of her own, equipped her to be a leader with strong managerial skill.
Her passionate in football and supporting children activities bring her active involve in Jakarta School Football Association since 2015. She has keen interest in classical music, literature and her own root traditional dance.
